Job Description:

HealthAsyst is a Bangalore-based technology company with a strong focus on the US healthcare market. With a mix of product and service offerings, the company helps clients overcome operational challenges through engineering, quality assurance, integration, and implementation services.

In this role, you’ll be part of the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) and work on designing and deploying cutting-edge AI and ML solutions that solve complex business problems. You will also play a client-facing role, collaborating with stakeholders, guiding development teams, and ensuring ethical AI practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an AI expert in client consultations.
• Lead the solutioning process and align AI projects with business requirements.
• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Develop APIs and microservices to serve AI models in production.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Monitor performance and continuously optimize AI/ML models.
• Foster innovation, provide mentorship, and ensure best practices in AI development.
• Implement responsible AI practices (explainability, fairness, bias detection, compliance).
• Deploy models using TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI and ML projects.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions to real-world business problems.
• Expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring AI solutions.
• Proficiency in modern ML techniques, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• At least 1 year of experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of emerging concepts like Agentic AI and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols (preferred).
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with AI trends.
• Commitment to ethical and socially responsible AI practices.
